General Description

The purpose of this job is to oversee practices and procedures within Emergence Health Network. This class works independently, under limited supervision, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.

This class will report directly to the Director of Strategy & Analytics  

Duties and Responsibilities

The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this position. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the position as necessary.

  • Assist with project planning, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project teams, communicating project goals and expectations to team members.
  • Ability to comprehend and compartmentalize federal and state contracts to ensure successful execution of project deliverables.
  • Regularly report project status, progress, and issues to project managers and/or external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and oversee project execution to ensure it adheres to the project plan.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Resolve issues, obstacles, and conflicts that may impede project progress.
  • Conduct project/grant reports for federal and state reporting and monitor and maintain data quality standards to ensure the reliability of analytical results.
  • Involve senior-level stakeholders and staff in meaningful discussions and collaboration, providing board coordination.
  • Generate and distribute data and progress reports to stakeholders and project team members, convening meetings to discuss project performance and providing presentations.
  • Apply statistical and data analysis techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights within datasets.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify correlations, outliers, and anomalies.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Create interactive data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or data visualization libraries.
  • Design and maintain automated reporting systems for routine data analysis tasks.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and coordinate staff, community stakeholders and executive leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or related field, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Two (2) years of experience in a project management, two (2) years successful data analysis work, and two (2) years of experience in fiscal management, public policy, government agency or non-profit experience preferred; or possession of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Required Knowledge and Abilities

Knowledge of trauma-informed theories, principles, and practices (includes multi-faceted understanding of concepts such as community trauma, intergenerational and historical trauma, parallel processes, and universal precautions), preferred.

Physical Demands

Performs sedentary work that involves walking or standing some of the time and involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular and recurring basis or sustained keyboard operations.

    • Bright/dim light; Dusts and pollen.

Special Certifications and Licenses

  • Must possess and maintain a valid state Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a TB, criminal background and drug screen.
