  • The purpose of this job is to oversee the infrastructure of the Outpatient Biopsychosocial Intervention as defined by the HHSC LIDDA Performance Contract Rules and Regulations and that Performance Measures are adhered. This scope of work includes best practice models developed in the Learning Collaborative and strategies that aim to expand access to outpatient mental health services for individuals with IDD and mental health needs. The services are designed for children and adults who have IDD or who are presumed to have IDD and who also have a co-occurring mental health condition, substance use disorder, or behavior support needs.

This job involves fact checking, record keeping and advocacy on behalf of their clients.? It follows established policies & procedures.?
